We are Indy and Cory, the owners of Sleep Heavy Limited.

We first heard about weighted blankets back in 2017 and were immediately drawn to the idea of them. At a time when we were both craving a consistent and good night's sleep, weighted blankets seemed like the perfect solution. After doing some research it quickly became apparent that it would be difficult to find a high quality and affordable weighted blanket in New Zealand.

Struggling to find something suitable, we decided to take matters into our own hands and start our own company to provide weighted blankets for other New Zealander's who were also searching for a better sleep. 

And so, Sleep Heavy was born.

What started as a way to solve our own problem quickly developed into something more. The true benefits of weighted blankets soon became apparent and we have been amazed by the way our blankets are helping people across the country.

We have now provided over 100's of weighted blankets across New Zealand and are working with occupational therapists to provide blankets to customers in need.
