Warranty & Refund Policy

30 DAY REFUND POLICY:
If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of owning your new Sleep Heavy Weighted Blanket, you may return it for any reason, and you are entitled for a full refund or exchange it for a different blanket.
In the case of an exchange, you'll be responsible for any difference in pricing and returning the blanket back to our warehouse.

Please note, the cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Returned blankets must be clean and in “as new” condition with no debris or pet fur.

Please note that, in all cases, the original receipt showing proof of purchase is required. This policy is limited to one return or exchange per household, and it must be exercised directly with Sleep Heavy no later than 30 days after delivery of your blanket.

Please address all return blankets to 6/340 Flaxton Road, Rangiora 7400. Returned blankets must be posted at owners expense unless otherwise arranged.


5 YEAR WARRANTY:
WHO AND WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you are the original purchaser and current owner of the Sleep Heavy Weighted Blanket for which you are seeking recourse under the Warranty and purchased it directly from Sleep Heavy.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS:
Any manufacturer defect in the blanket such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling.

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws.
Excluded damage includes but is not limited to stains, smoke or water damage, soiled or unsanitary blankets, burns, rips, tears or damage from an insufficient base.
Any unsanitary condition or conditions caused by abusive activities.
Individual or personalized preferences relating to texture, comfort, etc.
