As firm but breathable pressure is applied to the body, the nervous system calms, muscles relax and feel good hormones are released. We have a quick and easy weight guide that can help you determine which blanket is perfect for you. If you pick a weight and it’s not quite right, you can exchange it for a different weight. Both our cotton and mink covers are removable and machine washable, holding their quality and softness with each wash. We recommend using a gentle cycle and air drying. If you’d like to wash your weighed inner, hand wash with cold water and air dry. 

Not at all. Although our blankets are heavy, they’re designed to be ultra-breathable, especially our cotton blankets. Cotton helps regulate your body temperature by absorbing and retaining heat from your body, keeping you the perfect temperature all night long.
